Shipping Policy

Q: Free Shipping Policy?

WEBOFFROAD.com strives to offer the most competitive pricing on all products and shipping. We offer free shipping (to the continental U.S) on most products to help get your order to your front door at the lowest price. Not all products have free shipping due to size or manufacturer drop shipping but most of our products are priced so low that even with shipping charges they are still cheaper than other competitors. Our oversized products are priced so low that even with our standard oversized shipping fee you will get the lowest price online. Orders over $125 typically ship by ground for free! Individual items with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. Free Shipping is available only within the Continental United States and excludes orders requiring truck freight or orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. WebOffroad Reserves the right to refuse an order based on destination.

Q: Do you ship International?

Not at this time. We may provide this service in the future.

Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees will be added or adjusted to the final total following the customers purchase. WEBOFFROAD.com reserves the right to charge the customers for additional taxes, duties and fees.

Free shipping only applies to continental United States. Actual shipping charges may vary after actual charges have been accrued by shipping provider. WEBOFFROAD.com retains the right to bill any additional charges incurred by the shipping provider and by ordering from us you authorize these additional charges.

Q: Shipping Delays

Shipments can be temporarily lost by shipping companies. If this is the case, please call or email customer service and we'll follow up with the freight company. Delays can be incurred during Holidays and other delays can result due to inclement weather or "Acts of God", such as floods, snow or rain storms, etc. that impair shipping companies the ability to meet shipping requirements.

WEBOFFROAD.com or its distributors are not responsible for wrong address or zip code used for the shipping address. When the shipping company is unable to deliver your package and packages are returned, we will contact you via email or by phone for correct address information.

Q: How will my order ship?

Most orders ship FedEx or UPS Ground. Larger, Heavier items may be shipped Air Freight or Truck Freight. See over-sized shipment policies for over-sized items. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii please contact customer service via email or phone for more information on shipping.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In-stock items are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Average transit times for in-stock items are 3-7 business days depending on day of week shipped and warehouse location. UPS Ground and FedEx Ground are available for most products. Out-of-stock items or items drop shipped directly from a manufacturer average 7-10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on holidays. Occasionally, certain items and over-sized products are on back order or are a special order. Items placed on back order or special order may take 1-5 weeks for delivery.

Q: What is the charge for oversized shipments?

If an over-sized item has free shipping applied then typically there is no over-sized charge applied./p>

However, if an item exceeds the weight and or size requirement to meet standard shipping charges an additional freight charge or an oversized item fee may be added by WEBOFFROAD.com. Items over 150 pounds or large oversized items as determined by the carriers are considered by carriers as oversized items and must be shipped via common carrier truck or air freight. Oversized items have a base estimate of $100 shipping, however WEBOFFROAD.com reserves the right to charge the full shipment fee to the customer, without consent, before or after the item has been shipped to allow the carrier to calculate the load. By ordering from WEBOFFROAD.com, you give your consent to any additonal freight or handling charges as needed to deliver your item. Contact customer service at WEBOFFROAD.com via email or phone for more accurate shipping quote on oversized items.

Large items such as Tires, Nerf Bars, Front Bumpers, Axles, Roll Cages, Fuel Transfer Tanks, Tool Boxes and Front End Replacements are very large, heavy items and can only ship via freight (LTL). WEBOFFROAD.com is a volume seller of these items which allows us to ship these items at a discounted rate. Shipping rates are subject to change, and WEBOFFROAD.COM reserves the right to charge the customer, without consent, the full shipment quote.

Q: How will I know when the order has been shipped?

If you have provided us with an email address you will receive an order confirmation stating your order is processing. Processing means payment has been received and your order has been placed. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order ships. To inquire about an order or find your tracking number please email customerservice@weboffroad.com

Q: Do you offer UPS or Fedex delivery?

Most items ship via FedEx and UPS delivery services. Oversized items may ship via Truck Freight. For additional details or inquiry please contact customer service at customerservice@weboffroad.com or call us at 714-993-2011.

Backordered Products

Q: Delays due to Backorderd Products?

You will be notified if your product is back ordered via email. Items that are not on back order will continue to be processed and shipped. In most cases, back ordered items are put in for processing unless notified for cancellation. If a product is made to order the status will say "back order"... We will contact you with an ETA for the shipment. Due to high demand for Bumpers and Grille Guards, estimated ship times are only "estimates". Our goal is to get you the product as fast as we can at the best price.

Special Orders

Q: What are the policies on special orders?

Any product or products purchased on a special order are non refundable. Average time frame for special orders from the manufacturer are 2 to 4 weeks.

Return & Refund Policy

Q: How can I return my item?

You have 30 days to return a product. Web Offroad.com must issue a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RA) or Return Goods Authorization (RGA) to return a product. Products returned without an RGA or RA number will not be accepted at the warehouse. Customers must adhere to the return policy in order for a product to be returned. Please contact weboffroad.com to receive an RA/RGA number. A reason for return must be provided on returns. An RA/RGA number will be issued to you as soon as possible. Most RGA numbers are sent in 1-7 business days. Once you receive your RA number, clearly label the return package with this number. Without an RGA number, the warehouse does not know what product is being returned and by whom. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

No returns are allowed on add to stocks, special orders, discontinued items, or painted products. Customer is responsible for return shipping on returned items. Pay close attention to your order upon delivery. Check for damages to your product when accepting your order. Customer is responsible for re-packaging returned goods. RGA Conditions:

  1. Good Returns: Products that have been purchased under a sixty day window with a good invoice number.
  2. Defective Returns: Outside of the sixty day window, or has exceeded Manufacturer warranty period.
  3. RGA form must be accurately completed.
  4. Accurate explanation disclosed with prospective warranty problem.
  5. Numbers match, part/description/RGA #

WEBOFFROAD.com reserves the right to refuse credit per Manufacturers Guidelines, and include, but are not limited to the following conditions:

  1. Items returned for non-warranty issues.
  2. Improper RGA
  3. Product instructions directs customers to deal directly with Manufacturer.
  4. Manufacturer's Warranty policies may take precedent on issuing credits.
  5. Products returned missing parts.
  6. WebOffroad.com is not responsible for return shipping charges when customer is at fault.
  7. WebOffroad.com is not responsible for return shipping charges if customer purchases wrong part number

Q: What makes my Parts eligible or not eligible for Return?

Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

  • Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
  • After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
  • After 60 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 60 days

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply

Q: Altered and modified products

Web Offroad.com will not issue credit or refunds for items that have been altered or modified. This includes products that have been installed on your vehicle. If a product is damaged in transit you must contact us first.

Q: When can WEBOFFROAD.com refuse credit or returns?

We check all returned product for missing parts and damages. WEBOFFROAD.com has the right to refuse credit to any customer if a product is damaged, altered, modified or missing parts. Electronic programmers which have been used (uploaded) and are returned without programmers software are non credit items also.

Q: How much is the restocking fee?

WEBOFFROAD.com charges a 20% restocking fee for any product returned. A restocking fee is charged by all manufacturers and as a family owned and operated company, all returned products require additional labor and man power to handle. To exchange a product please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization Form and Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges. Please also see section for items not available for return, such as custom or special orders, electrical, software and programming items that have been installed, painted items or tires and wheels that have been installed.

Q: Can I return my oversized shipment?

Most over-sized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the product you ordered has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please make sure you order the correct product when purchasing over-sized items. Examples of oversized items (but not limited to) include: (Grille Guards, Front Bumpers, Rear Bumpers, Ladder Racks, Nerf Bars, Running Boards, Side Steps, Headache Racks, Axles, Tires) Please contact us if there has been a mistake on your over-sized order at customerservice@weboffroad.com

Q: What if my Oversized Shipment is Damaged?

If your product is damaged in transit please contact us immediately! Any damages to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery paperwork and a claim filed with the carrier. WEBOFFROAD.com is not responsible for damage to over-sized items (including but not limited to: tonneau covers, grille guards, bumpers, bull bars, nerf bars, running boards, side steps) that are signed for by the end customer. If damage to an over-sized shipment occurs and the customer accepts the package, the customer assumes responsibility for the item/items. Therefore, no credit card charge backs can be accepted.

Q: How do I return something that was damaged in transit?

Shop with confidence at WebOffroad.com. We are constantly evaluating our packaging and working with our shippers to avoid having this problem. But even the best package and the most careful handling can occasionally result in damage during shipment. If this happens to you, just note the damage with the carrier and ask for a claim form or their claims phone number and then us a give call immediately and we will arrange to have the item returned to us and quickly replaced.

Security Policy

Q: Is it safe to order from Web Offroad.com?

Information provided by you is transmitted to us via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All information is encrypted by the software. Once we receive your information, all access to it is limited and protected against unauthorized use. By registering prior to making a purchase on our site, you are able to transmit your credit card number/expiration date (optional) and other pertinent information for us to securely store in encrypted form. This way, when you make a future purchase you will not need to send that same sensitive information again over the Internet. All information is protected against third party use.

If we do assume the defense of such a matter, you will reasonably cooperate with WebOffroad in such defense.

Q: Other Provisions

Under no circumstances will WebOffroad be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or provisions. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms (or the interpretation, performance, or breach of them), the Site or the Services, including but not limited to alleged violations of state or federal statutory or common law rights or duties (a “Dispute”) shall be solely and exclusively resolved according to the procedures set forth in this paragraph. If we are unable to resolve any Dispute through informal means, either party may initiate binding arbitration of such Dispute. The arbitration shall be initiated and conducted according to the JAMS/Endispute Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect as of the date hereof, including the Optional Appeal Procedure provided for in such rules (the “Arbitration Rules”). The arbitration shall be conducted in Orange County before a single neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by these Terms and any of the other agreements, including any applicable Additional Terms. No Disputes may be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the individual Dispute and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against any party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The failure of Web Offroad to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not prevent Web Offroad from enforcing such right or provision in the future. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, a sale of assets or by operation of law.

Q: Changes to these Terms

From time to time, we may change these Terms. If we change these Terms, we will inform you by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Those changes will go into effect on the Revision Date shown in the revised Terms. By continuing to use our Site or Services, you agree to the revised Terms. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Site and/or Services.

Price Match

Q: Price match for products you would like to purchase

If you would like to purchase a product from WebOffroad.com and you see it advertised at a lower price somewhere else, there are two ways to get that price for your order:

  • Use our online checkout process.* Place your order online as you would normally order an item from WebOffroad.com. In the "Additional Information" area, located on the order and payment review page during checkout, note the lower price and where you found. We will adjust your order to reflect a credit for the difference.
    *Please note: your online receipt will not reflect the price adjustment. A corrected receipt will be emailed to you once the adjustment has been processed.
  • Place your order over the phone. Contact one of our Customer Service Representative’s at (714) 993-2011. We will review your request and place your order for the lower price once all information has been reviewed and approved.

Q: Terms and Conditions

Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method, handling charges, and sales tax. The item also needs to be the identical product and in new and unused condition. The item needs to be in stock and available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error. Excludes rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as Ebay, and employee discounts. Price match discounts cannot be combined with WebOffroad promotional offers.

Expedited shipping offers and orders shipped outside of the Continental United States may not be eligible for price matching. WebOffroad reserves the right to limit the amount of price match requests per customer.

On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site or independently operated affiliate sites. You agree not to gather information, or assist in the gathering of information, for the intent of a system penetration, or upload to WebOffroad.

You agree not to penetrate or assist in the penetration of WebOffroad and its affiliates, or send through WebOffroad, or cause to have WebOffroad host or distribute any Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, other harmful code, pinging, flooding, mail bombing or denial-of-service attacks.

You agree not to, or assist in any way to, disrupt the use of, or interfere with, the ability of others to effectively use a WebOffroad service or any connected network, system, service or equipment.

If local laws prohibit your participation in any part of the WO/WSM/DCI service, or use of them, then you are responsible for complying with such laws and the terms of this Agreement.

The section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, then such a provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Personal Information: We collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, zip code, credit card number, telephone number, e-mail address, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your WebOffroad profile or account ("Personal Information"). You may be asked to provide us with Personal Information when you register with the Site, make a purchase or use any of our Services, and at other times. Warranty

Q: Warranty Policy

At Web OffRoad, we guarantee the workmanship through our manufacturers for all of our products for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. We act as the agent between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact our customer service department and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings.

Web OffRoad, its parent company and/or its subsidiaries will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.

Warranties are non-transferrable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.

Q: Tire Warranty Policy

Tires are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only. No adjustments will be made in case of abuse by user, fire, theft, vandalism or alignment issues. Other issues such as road hazards, trued tires, under or over inflation, cut by vehicle, nail holes, cut punctures, flat spots, etc. are not covered.
