Price match for products you have already purchased

Email us at customerservice@weboffroad.com, providing the lower price, where you found it and the date you purchased the item from us. We will look into your order and process your refund. You will receive confirmation of the refund by email within 1-2 business days.

Terms and Conditions

Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method, handling charges, and sales tax. The item also needs to be the identical product and in new and unused condition. The item needs to be in stock and available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error. Excludes rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as Ebay, and employee discounts. Price match discounts cannot be combined with WebOffroad promotional offers.

Expedited shipping offers and orders shipped outside of the Unites States or Territories may not be eligible for price matching. WebOffroad reserves the right to limit the amount of price match requests per customer.

On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site or independently operated affiliate sites. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, WebOffroad.com reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy governs the use of your Personal Information (as defined below) by any web sites or mobile web sites owned or operated by Clarion Equities Group, LLC, d.b.a. WebOffroad (“WebOffroad”), including the web site currently located at www.weboffroad.com (the "Site"), any applications (e.g., iPhone applications, iPad applications, Android applications, etc.) offered by WebOffroad, and any other applications, interactive features, widgets and resources offered by WebOffroad through traditional Internet websites, mobile devices or other platforms (all of which are collectively referred to as the “WebOffroad” or “Service”). This Privacy Policy also explains your choices for managing your information preferences, including opting out of certain uses of your Personal Information.

Managing Your Information Preferences

Information We Collect

Personal Information: We collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, zip code, credit card number, telephone number, e-mail address, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your WebOffroad profile or account ("Personal Information"). You may be asked to provide us with Personal Information when you register with the Site, make a purchase or use any of our Services, and at other times. The decision to provide this information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide the requested information, you may not be able to make purchases or use some or all of the features of the Site or Services.

We may share anonymous Usage Data and other non-Personal Information with Advertisers. Advertisers may collect and use information about your use of the Site or Services as well as other Web sites and services in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. These companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your computer or use other technologies such as Web beacons in order to collect such information. Our Privacy Policy does not cover any use of information that an Ad Network may collect from you. Advertisements may be shown via the Site, the Services, or on third-party Web sites. Q: Problems Receiving WebOffroad E-mail

If you have emailed any of our departments, but have not received a response, it may be that our email replies are being blocked by your browser settings, spam filters or by your internet service provider (ISP).

Even legitimate commercial email, like email from our customer service departments or Order Status notifications can be blocked. If you believe this is happening, you may be able to add us to your Safe Sender List or address book to eliminate the problem.
